Prime Hunt Safaris Refund Policy

At Prime Hunt Safaris, we strive to offer our clients the best possible hunting experiences across Africa. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to your hunting adventure.

1. Cancellation Fee

1.1 All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee of the total package price.

2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Trips can be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 120 days before the scheduled trip date.

2.2 Rescheduled trips must be taken within 14 months of the original booking date.

2.3 Trips can only be rescheduled once. After rescheduling, no further changes will be permitted, if cancelled after already rescheduling, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Window

3.1 Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 50 days of the scheduled trip.

3.2 A 50% refund will be given if within the 90 days of the scheduled trip.

4. Third-Party Terms and Conditions

4.1 Prime Hunt Safaris acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for any refund terms, conditions, or policies set by the outfitter or service providers associated with your package.

4.2 Please review the refund policy provided by your outfitter, as it may include additional terms that Prime Hunt Safaris does not manage or guarantee.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1 By receiving a booking confirmation email, you acknowledge that Prime Hunt Safaris is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from your trip. Any concerns regarding refunds, trip changes, or other conditions should be addressed directly with the outfitter.
